Happy New Year!

Thanks to you, the month of December and the holidays were
very busy for us at Peterson's. We appreciate our staff doing a
tremendous job taking care of the increased number of customers.
Everyone was in a festive spirit with the economy improving.

With the increased number of Peterson's Gift Cards sold, we look
forward to serving those diners soon. What a great gift these make...
please remember these for your gift giving throughout the year.

February is just a few weeks away, let us be a part of your
Valentine's Weekend Celebration. For the first time, Peterson's will
be open on the Sunday of Valentine's Day Weekend! All ladies
will receive a special flower when dining with us on Friday,
February 12th, Saturday, February 13th, or Sunday, February 14th.

to creating many happy memories with you in 2010.

Are you wondering, "what are tapas?" Tapas are finger
foods or heavy appetizers. The term originated in Spain
where tapas are served daily in every bar and café. Tapas
are so much a part of the Spanish culture and social
scene that the Spanish people invented the verb
'tapear' which means to go and eat tapas.

So please come and enjoy Monday nights in the bar
at Peterson's while enjoying our Tapas Menu!

Peterson's Wine Director selects a variety of wines each week,
including both classic and more adventurous varieties. These
selected wines are offered at reduced prices by-the-bottle and
by-the-glass, as well as complimentary tastings.
